Melissa is the creative force behind FTL Vacay Home. With over 15 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, marketing and design, she ensures that every guest enjoys a seamless, elevated stay. As a Airbnb Superhost and REALTOR®, Melissa blends luxury with comfort, creating picture-perfect homes that feel as good as they look. She’s also a proud mom of two, and it shows in the family-friendly touches found in every property.

With a deep background in construction was a General Contractor, Joe is the mastermind behind our beautifully renovated vacation homes. He oversees all property upgrades, maintenance, and planning to ensure each space is not only stylish — but built to last. Joe also co-leads our sister company, Digicon LLC, making FTL Vacay Home a one-stop-shop for rental-ready investments.
